She/Her/Hers

The human experience can be challenging! I admire anyone who chooses to face their inner world with curiosity by going to therapy. As a mental health practitioner, my aim is to join my clients wherever they are and support them toward their own goals. My dream for those who work with me is a life with more self-acceptance, compassion, resilience and joy. I believe the foundation of effective therapy is a safe and trusting relationship. After establishing ourselves as a good team, we can experiment with more effective coping skills, mindfulness and empathy towards oneself and others. Those who work with me can expect a warm and engaging presence, as well as a healthy dose of irreverence and humor. I look forward to hearing your story!”
