“Are you tired of living this way? Have you tried to control or ignore your struggles without success? Do you desire to live a richer and more meaningful life? Let’s talk about how to make that a reality!

Acceptance and Commitment therapy has proven highly effective in helping people move toward accepting (and learning to more successfully live with) that which we cannot control, in order to stay present and choose more actions based on our values. In other words- ACT empowers people to ‘do what matters, face your fears, live meaningfully, and change your life for the better’ ~Dr. Russ Harris. I specialize in using ACT for anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional wounds from childhood, relationship stressors, substance use, or a variety of other unwanted behaviors.

I am also able to utilize a number of other therapeutic approaches to adapt to your goals, style of processing, and individual needs. My clients appreciate that I am sincere, compassionate, non-judgmental, and strive to be an ally. Your values, spiritual beliefs, or cultural practices will be central to our work.”
