Sina Grantier, B.A.

Master of Social Work Intern

“People have started talking about mental health, but it is still a difficult topic for many people. Many people find themselves alone with their mental health because they feel like no one is there to help them. If you are one of them, know that you do not need to face it alone. There are others who feel the same way as you, and if you want my help with your mental health, I will be here. I use a combination of somatic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavior therapy methods, and a strengths-based perspective. I can teach you the tools and provide you with a safe and judgement-free place where we can work on your mental health together. Once you start talking about your mental health, it gets easier to address it.”
