“I know choosing a therapist can be difficult. I like to provide an atmosphere that is collaborative and free of judgment.

My goal is to help people understand their thoughts, feelings, and behavior as they move toward change and meet their goals while using techniques shown effective by research. I'm a therapist who enjoys working with a variety of concerns. I have particular experience working with people in the LGBT community, along with people diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I also enjoy supervising the development of therapists-in-training.

As a result of how I work, clients feel understood and accepted. This is balanced with a focus on changing what is needed. This balance results in people meeting their goals, feeling more confident, and experiencing decreased worry.”
