she/her

“You are the pilot in the journey we call life and deserve to feel respected and supported on that journey. My approach to therapy is to build a positive therapeutic relationship at your pace and work toward the goals you would like to accomplish. Think of me as your "co-pilot" during this process. I want to be a support to you and offer a safe place for you to communicate your worries and explore solutions together as a team.I have 20 years of experience in the social services setting. Your mental health is as important as your physical health.

I have worked with clients with disabilities, child protection, and SPMI. My treatment is tailored to each individual; you are the expert in your life and what works for you and what does not. I have training in IFS, ERP, and ADHD.”
