Licensed Psychologist

“I have 12 years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. I utilize evidence-based treatments to guide my practice such as CBT, DBT, play therapy, TF-CBT, and EMDR. I enjoy working with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, adjustment problems, trauma, attachment, and parenting concerns to name a few. My style is direct, active, and collaborative while emphasizing validation and creating a non-judgmental atmosphere. In addition, I provide supervision to prelicensed providers who are working on their degree or are obtaining post-degree hours for licensure.”
