Sarah Boyd, M.P.S., L.P.C.C.

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

She/Her

“I have always been passionate about understanding people and building meaningful connections. From a young age, I found myself drawn to helping others and listening to their stories. That passion deepened when I took my first psychology course as a high school senior and became fascinated by the complexity of human thought, behavior, and relationships. Today, I consider it a privilege to support individuals as they navigate life's challenges, pursue healing, and create meaningful change.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. In addition, I have clinical experience working across residential, crisis, and outpatient mental health settings, providing support to individuals with a wide range of concerns and life experiences.

I believe that effective therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, collaboration, authenticity, and nonjudgment. Healing is not a one-size-fits-all process, and I work closely with each client to identify their strengths, clarify their goals, and develop practical strategies for growth. My hope is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, overcome obstacles, and move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.”
