Mental Health Clinical Trainee
She/Her
I strive to create a safe, collaborative and grounding space where you are the priority. My hope for each person is that they will feel empowered, deeply respected and fully seen. This is your time, and together we will slow down and focus on what matters most to you and what you want for your life.
Whether you're here to work toward specific goals, enhance skills, navigate life transitions, or reconnect with and explore your sense of self, you are the expert of your life and our work together centers on your goals, your values, and your vision for a meaningful life. I would be grateful to join you on this journey.
I believe the strength of the therapeutic relationship is an essential piece of our work together and I bring my full self into every session. Those I have worked with describe me as an empathetic, curious, and centering force — someone who helps hold accountability while also offering deep compassion, attunement, and care. I'm here to help you choose meaningful change through understanding, warmth, accountability, and support.
My approach is integrative, client centered, and drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, ineffective thoughts and behaviors, what’s working and what’s not, and learn and practice skills so that you can move toward different, more fulfilling outcomes relationally, emotionally, and spiritually.
