Kristin Standafer Ross

Clinic Administrator

Kristin has been with MCP since the very first day, May 11, 2009. As the Clinic Administrator, her role includes everything from policy and program development, office and staff management, daily accounting, patient relations, sometimes a little billing, and even some party planning. Kristin has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from McPherson College in Kansas. Outside of MCP, Kristin enjoys anything crafty/creative, reading and growing her “to be read” pile, traveling and exploring, and her favorite, planning her next trip/adventure/vacation.

Karissa

Office Manager/Provider liaison

Karissa joined the MCP staff as a Front Desk Receptionist in January 2017. While she has held many different roles within the clinic since, she is currently the Office Manager/Provider Liaison. She uses her organizational and customer service skills to ensure the smooth operation of the workplace while maintaining positive relations with clinicians, clients, and staff. She addresses inquiries, resolves issues, and fosters a welcoming environment by actively listening to concerns and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Karissa graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Music.

Angela

Front desk lead

Angela joined the MCP staff as a Front Desk Receptionist in December 2017, and now serves as the Front Desk Lead. Angela is currently working on her second biology degree, this one in Fisheries and Wildlife Conservation Biology with an ornithology emphasis and a minor in Environmental Law and Policy through Oregon State University’s Online Degree Program. After graduation, she hopes to work in endangered species conservation and critical habitat restoration.

Cassie

mental health billing specialist

Cassie has been an integral part of our billing team since 2023. Her knowledge of billing and insurance is invaluable. Her adorable cats are also an integral part of our online meetings. We thank them for their service.

Pachia

Mental health Billing specialist

Pachia joined the billing team staff in January 2026. She is studying at Metro State University. Outside of work and school, her life revolves around her two young kids and senior dog. Pachia enjoys cooking and hanging out with her big family on the weekends, and in the warmer months enjoys outdoors activities such as hiking, fishing, camping and BBQs!

Lucy

Billing Claims Specialist

Lucy joined the billing team in Dec 2024 to assist with claim submissions. She is currently studying communications at DePaul University in Chicago, IL. When she’s not in class, she enjoys working remotely for MCP and participating in a student-led theatre group.

Rachel

Receptionist

DBT Assessment Team

Rachel joined the MCP staff as a Front Desk Receptionist in November 2023. She obtained her BA in English from the University of Minnesota and is currently enrolled in the Master of Social Work program at the University of St. Thomas with the goal of becoming a therapist.

Sarah

Sarah joined the MCP staff as a Front Desk Receptionist in April 2024. She recently graduated from Augsburg University with a major in Psychology and minors in Writing and Religion. Sarah plans to take a couple of years to work and explore more of her interests before hopefully looking into graduate programs.

Fayo

Receptionist

Fayo joined the Front Desk staff in June of 2024. She is currently pursuing her Bachelors in Public Health and minoring in Data Science at the University of St. Thomas and hopes to eventually go to grad school and pursue a career in Health Policy.

Elena

Elena joined MCP staff in 2026 and works for the front desk and DBT assessment team. She is currently studying Neuroscience at Macalester College. Outside of work Elena loves biking, being in nature and spending time with friends doing something creative. 

Anahi

Anahi joined the Front Desk staff in June of 2026. She is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology at the University of Minnesota. She plans to take some time to work to explore career options then plans to look into different graduate programs. When outside of work, Anahi enjoys spending time outdoors with her loved ones, and caring for her dogs!
