LIcensed Professional Counselor
She/Her/Hers
“As a therapist, I've always been guided by Maya Angelou's wisdom: “People will never forget how you made them feel.” The emotional experiences we carry have a lasting impact — often transcending words, shaping how we view ourselves, others, and the world around us. As a Humanistic therapist, I place deep value on empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. My client’s safety and well-being are always at the center of our work together.
I utilize a blend of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and expressive techniques such as Art and Music Therapy. These tools support healing, insight, and growth while honoring each person’s unique voice. I believe in the power of a collaborative therapeutic relationship — one where the client is the expert on their own experience. My role is to walk alongside them with care, curiosity, and unwavering support as they move toward healing and self-discovery.”
