Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group for Professionals and Healthcare Professionals

While all MCP DBT clients ages 18+ can attend the adult Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills groups at MCP, some individuals with careers in healthcare, mental health, law, administration, business, the sciences and education choose to participate in the DBT skills group for professionals. This group is offered in the evenings to accommodate daytime work hours.

The DBT skills group for professionals is offered via telehealth on Thursday evenings from 5:00-7:30pm.
