Mental Health Clinical Trainee
She/Her
“My approach to psychology is deeply rooted in the core principles of Adlerian theory holism, social interest, and the belief that individuals are inherently capable of growth and change. I view each client as a unique and whole person, shaped by their early experiences, family dynamics, and social context, yet empowered to redefine their narrative. My practice philosophy centers on fostering courage, building on strengths, and encouraging clients to develop a greater sense of belonging and purpose within their communities. In my clinical style, I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their challenges and develop new ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving. I incorporate integrative techniques while staying grounded in Adlerian concepts such as lifestyle assessment and encouragement. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals across the lifespan who are seeking to overcome patterns that no longer serve them and move toward more meaningful, connected lives.”
