Rebecca Wesley, M.A.

Mental Health Clinical Trainee

She/Her

“Coming from a career in collegiate and high school coaching has given me a greater understanding of adolescent and young adult development.  I am passionate about working with current and former athletes and performers, knowing that exploring the profound lifetime impact of these activities often corresponds with understanding one's sense of identity, purpose, and connection.  My support for adults who are navigating life transitions honors the residual social and emotional impacts of their experiences.  My approach fosters an environment of collaboration, growth, and autonomy that helps guide people towards embracing new opportunities, practicing resilience, developing and maintaining a sense of purpose, and cultivating a sense of self that integrates past experiences with future aspirations.”
