“I believe each person holds the capacity for healing, growth, and meaningful change. I approach therapy as a collaborative process grounded in trust, curiosity, and authenticity. My work is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic, attachment-based, and mindfulness approaches, while incorporating cognitive-behavioral and somatic techniques to support both symptom relief and deeper self-exploration.
I have a special interest in perinatal psychology, supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. I am attuned to the emotional and identity shifts that can arise during this time, including anxiety, mood changes, and evolving relationships.
My style is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in cultural humility. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where clients can build insight, resilience, and self-compassion as they reconnect with themselves and move toward greater emotional well-being.”
