Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
“I approach my work with the belief that each individual holds the potential for healing, growth, and meaningful change. I see therapy as a collaborative process rooted in trust, curiosity, and authenticity. My practice is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic, attachment-based, and mindfulness approaches, while incorporating cognitive-behavioral and somatic techniques when appropriate. This flexibility allows me to meet clients where they are, tailoring the work to support both symptom relief and deeper exploration of emotional patterns, identity, and life meaning.
I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where clients feel seen and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. My style is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in cultural humility and social awareness. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or interpersonal dynamics, I aim to foster insight, resilience, and self-compassion. Above all, I view therapy as a space for clients to reconnect with themselves, deepen their self-understanding, and move toward greater emotional freedom and wholeness.”
