Mindfulness Education and Practice: Afternoon of Awareness
Feeling stressed and too busy to enjoy life? Does your mind feel chaotic?
Join us for an afternoon of learning skills to be more mindful and present in your life. This event will be both a class and an opportunity to do experiential exercises. You will learn the benefits of mindfulness and simple practices you can do at home.
When: Sunday, September 8th, 2013– 1-4pm (registration begins at 12:45)
