Kristin has been with MCP since the very first day, May 11, 2009. As the Clinic Administrator, her role includes everything from policy and program development, office and staff management, daily accounting, patient relations and even a little party planning. Kristin has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from McPherson College in Kansas. Prior to MCP, Kristin supervised a rehabilitative program for adults with mental illness for five years.
Roberta came to MCP in November 2015 with experience both in mental health clinics seeking authorizations and working in the behavioral health side for insurance companies. She helps to determine insurance eligiblity, seeks and tracks authorizations and troubleshoots problems with insurance payments. Roberta is a great asset to the MCP team.
Revenue Cycle Director
Natalie graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is currently researching graduate programs and looking to become a licensed Clinical Psychologist.
Karissa joined the MCP staff as a front desk receptionist in February, 2017. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Music. She hopes to return to school in the near future to pursue a graduate degree in music therapy, career counseling, or the healthcare field.
Kayla graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. She is currently enrolled in an Accelerated Bachelor’s of Nursing Program and plans to become a Nurse Practitioner.
Jayna joined the MCP staff as a front desk receptionist in May, 2017. She is currently enrolled in her last year as an undergraduate psychology student at the University of St. Thomas. After graduation she hopes to pursue a graduate degree to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Abigail graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and French Studies from Scripps College, an all women’s college in Claremont, California. She is a recent transplant to the Twin Cities, hailing from Chicago, Illinois. She hopes to pursue a career in Clinical Psychology in the near future.
Sierra graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee with a bachelors degree in psychology. She is looking to start applying to graduate programs in the near future. She would like to become a Clinical Psychologist and is hoping to get back into American Sign Language courses.
Alexis joined the MCP staff as in intern in June of 2017. In August of 2017, she came on as an administrative assistant. She is currently enrolled in her last semester as an undergraduate Health Services Management student and the University of Minnesota. After graduation, Alexis hopes to continue working in mental health or dental health administration and eventually go back to school for a masters degree in Health Care Administration.
